One house in particular is home to a gorgeous and famous movie star who’s starred alongside Channing Tatum, Lindsay Lohan, Ryan Gosling, Owen Wilson, Vince Vaughan, Robert Downey Jr. and Jude Law.
A big fan of the laid-back atmosphere of the Annex and its fantastic coffee shops, Rachel McAdams calls this stunning Victorian abode home. You could get a rental and be neighbours with her – plenty of opportunities out there!

In an interview with the Scotsman, McAdams says she likes being able to get around by bike rather than car (which you should get into as well), and enjoys gardening at her home. And she professes her love for the city that continues to grow as the years go by.

While many celebrities splurge on massive, estate-like mansions when fame brings fortune their way, McAdams took the opposite route.
McAdams purchased the simple house in a normal, friendly neighbourhood that’s populated mainly by regular Torontonians; not other celebrities.
McAdams, 36, was born in London, Ontario and studied at York University. As a child, she took an early interest in acting and was part of a ton of theatre groups in London.
In 2009, Entertainment Weekly called her Hollywood’s “it girl,” around the same time that she starred in State of Play alongside Russell Crowe, Helen Mirren and Ben Affleck, as well as the Time Traveller’s Wife alongside Eric Bana.
Her family still lives in Ontario.
