There’s something about a spa day that makes you feel like you’ve been whisked away somewhere far more peaceful than your Toronto apartment with paper-thin walls. Spas have this amazing ability to make you feel like you’re in the most tranquil place in the world, and they achieve that mainly with how they decorate.
Bring a touch of that spa-like peacefulness into your apartment with this attractive and insanely easy-to-make wooden bath mat.
- The parts. You’ll need
- Skoghall floor decking, 10 pack – $24.99, but currently on sale for $19.99
- That’s literally it. Maybe some scissors or a retractable knife/razor
- Do it. You’re going to use 6 of the pre-made squares from the 10-pack to make your bath mat. You honestly, just snap them together into a 3×2 shape. then, use the knife/razor/scissors to cut the extra little knobs off the outside of the bath mat so it has a nice, clean edge. Place at the foot of your bathtub or shower, add some terrycloth robes to your towel hooks, light a few candles and play your best sounds of nature playlist. Spa at home, achieved.
